Your Tasks
- Preparation of asset reports as well as preparation, support and follow-up of
reporting appointments with clients - Creation and updating of asset and liquidity planning
- Ongoing asset analysis and monitoring, development of optimization options
- Responsibility for the further development of asset monitoring software
- Communication with clients and handling of day-to-day business matters
- Coordination with commissioned service providers such as banks and tax consultants
- Administrative tasks such as document management, company administration, capital calls and payment transactions

What you bring with you
- Successfully completed degree with a focus on financial management or completed banking training
- Several years of practical experience in managing private assets
- At least two years of experience with asset monitoring software (e.g. iComps, QPLIX or PSplus) or reporting of financial investments
- Extensive experience in dealing with all types of financial investments: equities, bonds, structured products, derivatives, real estate, investments in venture capital and private equity, etc.
- Independent and careful working style as well as a quick grasp of things
- High customer and service orientation, strong communication skills and team-oriented working style
- High willingness to learn and perform
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel
- Strong organizational skills
