We are looking for a Family Office Partner to join our Business Management & Family Office advisory practice. As a Family Office Partner, you will be responsible for: 


Responsibilities
•    Play a pivotal role in leading and managing relationships with sophisticated family office clients while contributing to the strategic direction of our family office practice.
•    Serve as the day-to-day contact for each family and have responsibility for cross-functional management of internal resources to ensure delivery of a best-in-class client experience. 
•    Holistically service ulta-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients across all financial matters, including accounting, tax compliance, investments and estate planning.
•    Liaise with lawyers, trustees, brokers and other external advisors affecting family directed strategies and initiatives.
•    Foster a culture of client service excellence and continuous improvement in client delivery.
•    Participate in industry organizations, speaking engagements and other professional groups. 
•    Recruit, develop, motivate and train our talent.
•    Participate in industry organizations & networking groups by regularly presenting on industry topics and writing industry thought leadership. 
•    Stay up-to-date on key industry and market trends in the family office space.  
 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of family office, business management, or public accounting experience.   3+ years of proven experience leading client relationship duties at a family office, business management firm or accounting firm.  
  • Proven track record as a Partner/Managing Director at a family office, business management firm or accounting firm.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
  • CPA and/or CFP preferred but not required.
  • Deep experience across accounting, wealth management, retirement planning, insurance and estate planning strategies. 
  • Demonstrate competency in strategic planning, business process implementation and business development.
  • Proven track record of building and sustaining client relationships.
  • Aptitude in critical thinking, performance metrics, data analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Team-player and leader who personally believes in, and is willing to champion, the core values of the firm.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities and personal integrity.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.  
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Quickbooks, CRM, document storage & investment platform technologies.
