JOB PURPOSE
The Administrative Associate is a valued member of the Seattle office. The primary responsibility is to provide support to the Seattle office concentrating on outstanding reception support, office coordination and client administrative support. The right candidate will be able to work in a small team environment with a can-do attitude, have the ability to find a solution to every problem and the capability to multi-task.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

3. | USPS, FEDEX and UPS processing |
4. | Office invoices and employee expense processing |
6. | Research, coordinate and support all Seattle marketing events, team events, and gifts |
7. | CRM management and entry |
9. | Perform special projects and additional tasks as assigned |
