This is a high-stakes, multi-faceted role for a resilient professional who will act as the "gatekeeper" and face of the Malaysia office. This position requires a rare blend of executive support, high-end hospitality, and operational precision.

The Package:
🔹RM60k – RM90k annually
🔹25 days AL + International Health Insurance + Paid Friday lunches.

Core Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Communication Excellence: Excellent English proficiency is a MUST. You will be communicating with senior partners in the UK and must possess exceptional proof-reading and writing skills.
• Language Advantage: Mandarin proficiency is highly preferable to support an increasing portfolio of PRC clients.
• Executive Enablement: Managing complex, multi-time-zone diaries and coordinating seamless international travel.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Ensuring the office remains a "board-ready," premium space and managing extensive corporate gifting cycles for ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
• High Responsiveness: This role requires a candidate who is proactive and available for ad-hoc support outside of standard office hours to meet global operational demands

You will join a lean, elite founding team in Malaysia, reporting directly to the General Counsel and the Global Business Manager. The team culture is collegiate and dynamic, but highly pressurized.
