You’ll handle everything from investment tracking and legal document review to coordinating estate planning efforts and streamlining systems. If you thrive behind the scenes and enjoy wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment, this is your lane.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and track financials across investments, real estate, and estate planning
• Review contracts and legal documents for accuracy and compliance
• Oversee real estate documentation, reporting, and vendor coordination
• Coordinate with external partners—accountants, attorneys, wealth advisors
• Travel locally to inspect property operations as needed
• Streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
• Handle sensitive financial and legal information with complete discretion
What You Bring:
• 5+ years in accounting, wealth management, or real estate/estate administration
• Strong Excel + Microsoft Office skills (QuickBooks or real estate software = bonus)
• A sharp eye for detail and top-notch organizational skills
• Discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential matters
• A calm, problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting
• Valid CA driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
