Our vision is to bring the family office to all. Through our Family Office and Academy, we help entrepreneurial families lead their financial lives with clarity, conviction, and purpose. 

The Academy is where that mission scales. And now, we’re hiring a leader to take it to the next level. 

This is a Director-level role for someone who can own strategy, delivery, and growth — while keeping culture and values intact. You’ll need real financial knowledge, coaching experience, operational clarity, and a presence that commands attention. This is not a support role. This is a build-it-and-lead-it role.

The Ark Financial Mission is to Glorify God and transform the financial industry by serving clients better. While most financial service firms provide monolithic financial solutions based on their in-house products, heritage models, and shrouded information, Ark was formed with transparency, advocacy, and innovation at the core. We believe every family lives more abundantly with a Family Office, and so we have set out to bring the Family Office to every family in the world. A Family Office is more successful at driving towards a family’s goals and objectives because it can successfully coordinate across multiple disciplines, including finance, tax, legal, insurance, and good old-fashioned organization.

You’ll do this while personally coaching some clients, leading delivery systems, and working cross-functionally with Ark leadership to stay aligned with company-wide growth and transformation goals. 

A Bit About Ark Academy  

The Academy is not “financial literacy” training. It’s a scaled expression of the Family Office Operating System (FOOS) — Ark’s signature methodology used with our Family Office clients (entrepreneurs with taxable incomes north of $2M+ per year). 

The Academy helps entrepreneurs earning $200K–$2M/year apply the same thinking before they’re ready for a full family office. It’s done through a combination of: 

• 1:1 coaching 

• Curriculum and tools 

• Community experience 

We believe that entrepreneurs lead their family like they lead their business — and most don’t have a system for either. We’re changing that. 

Who This Role Is Actually For  

This role is for someone who’s been the tip of the spear — not just part of a team, but the one who built it, led it, and carried the weight when it mattered. 

You might be: 

• A lead coach or program director who’s outgrown your current sandbox 

• A former financial advisor, planner, or consultant who wants to teach at scale 

• A mission-driven entrepreneur who’s already lived the pain our clients face 

• Someone who knows how to turn complexity into clarity, and motion into momentum 

You're not afraid of ownership. You don’t wait for permission. You know how to inspire high-achievers and keep them on track — because you've had to do it for yourself. 

This isn’t about running a program. This is about raising the standard. 

What You Can Expect  

• Own the entire Academy business line — results, team, delivery, and growth 

• Drive the acquisition funnel and hit top-line membership targets 

• Hire and develop a coaching team aligned with Ark’s mission and values 

• Guide curriculum strategy alongside subject matter experts 

• Manage delivery systems (ClickUp, CRM, LMS, webinars) 

• Personally coach select clients to stay close to the experience 

• Engage and lead community through presence, teaching, and trust 

• Represent Ark with real credibility in finance, tax, investment, and legal conversations

• Location: Austin, TX preferred (Hybrid acceptable) 

• Reports To: Ark Leadership Team  

• Comp: Base + Performance-Based Bonus + Upside Potential 

• Start Date: ASAP
