Position: Estate Manager
Location: Westchester County, NY (Local Tri-State Candidates Only)
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Benefits (PTO, Medical, Dental, 401(k))
Schedule: 5 Days On / 2 Days Off - Flexibility Required
A private family office in Westchester County is seeking a highly experienced Estate Manager to oversee multiple luxury properties in the area and beyond. This is a live-in or live-out position, but only local candidates from the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT) will be considered. No relocation.
Key Responsibilities:
    -    Manage all property operations, maintenance, and vendor relationships
    -    Oversee HVAC, electrical, landscaping, and other key systems
    -    Supervise household staff, renovations, repairs, and projects
    -    Maintain detailed household manuals and SOPs
    -    Ensure technology systems and smart home devices function seamlessly
    -    Report to family office and principals with updates and property needs
Requirements:
    -    10+ years' experience managing high-end, fully staffed private estates
    -    Must currently live in the Tri-State area
    -    Strong knowledge of all home systems and maintenance
    -    Extremely tech-savvy and detail-oriented
    -    Verifiable long-term references required prior to interview
    -    Comfortable managing multiple properties and working weekends/holidays when needed
